Running My Headset in Offline Mode (Without Internet Access)

From time to time, you may need to take your headset to a remote site, or use it in a location where internet connection cannot be guaranteed. In order to do this, you'll need to switch to Offline Mode.
Please note that when a headset is offline, it can not send training information to the Insights and Training Platform.
In order to run your headset in offline mode:
Click the connection button in the middle of Next World Agent.
2. Disconnect Wi-Fi by clicking the WLAN switch so it has grey background
3. Return to the agent by pressing the X down the bottom
You should now be in offline mode and can proceed to use the device without an internet connection. Please remember to connect your device again in order to view training data in the Training and Insights Platform.
