Note: you will not lose user or headset data but you will be required to re-download all of your experiences again.
Method 1: From Next World Agent within the headset (recommended method)
1. Press the SETTINGS button.
2. Press Reset Home.
3. It will ask "Do you want to uninstall this app?", press OK.
4. Press the back button in the top left.
5. Press the INSTALL HOME button.
6. Press the DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE button and follow the prompts to install.
You should now see the START button. This confirms that Next World Home is installed.
Method 2: From the Next World Device Utility
What you need to have ready:
Your Pico headset
Your computer with Next World Device Utility installed
A USB-C cable to connect the headset to your computer
Step 1: Connect your Pico headset to your computer
Power on your Pico headset and connect it to you computer using the USB-C cable. After a few seconds, the Pico headset will be connected to your computer.
Step 2: Open Next World Device Utility (formerly Next World Manager)
If you have not already downloaded the Next World Device Utility, you can download it by clicking here.
1. Search for "Next World" in either Windows or Mac search bars and open it.

2. Click the SUBSCRIBER button.
3. Click the DEVICE button in the top right corner of the application.
4. Click the UNINSTALL button under "com.NextWorld.NextWorldMenu".
5. The "com.NextWorld.NextWorldMenu" should now be gone from this screen. You can now disconnect your Pico from your computer.
6. You can now put on your Pico and straight away it should have a button saying to INSTALL HOME. Press the button.
7. Press the DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE button and follow the prompts to install.
You should now see the START button. This confirms that Next World Home is installed.
