Managing Trainees

Accessing the Next World Dashboard 

1. Using your web browser, navigate to https://nwxr.app

2. Sign in with your email address and password.



Adding Members and Devices:

1. Follow the steps under "To Log In" in Access the Training and Insights Platform.

2. Once Logged In, click on the Admin button located at the top of the page.



3. To add a new member, go to the Members tab from the left menu and click the Add / Invite Member button.



4. Enter the new member's first name, last name and email address then select their role from the Role dropdown menu. Press the Submit button to confirm and add the new member.



5. To add a device, go to the Devices tab from the left menu and click the Register Device button.



6. Enter the new device’s ID number displayed when you put on the headset, optionally add a name for the device (recommended) and finally select a company/division the device will be under. Press the Submit button to confirm and add the new device.



Locating Your VR Access Code:

1. Follow the steps under Log in to Next World Dashboard

2. At the top of the page click on the Admin button.

3. You should now see a list of users and their details.



4. From this list you should be able to locate the four digit code for each user in the Code column. This code is used for accessing the experiences.


Using the VR Device

1. Boot the device, you should be greeted with a settings screen showing your device ID and company name if the device is registered. If the device is not registered, see above section Adding Members and Devices, following steps 5 and 6.



2. Open the menu by selecting the Start button with a house icon from the agent dashboard. If there is an update pending, the home button will read Update. If that happens, follow the update and, once complete, the button will say home.



3. Select an experience from the list. If the experience isn't installed, it will download and install automatically. If it has already been downloaded and installed, the experience will load and begin.



4. You’re ready to play! Use the Next World Dashboard next time you need to add or update users or devices.
