What are divisions?


Divisions are a great way to split your multi-tiered business up by locations. A division can by wholly managed by the parent organisation, but trainees within a division have their information stored separately to, and privately from, other divisions.


Divisions are useful for:

- Splitting your organisation by departments

- Managing a subsidiary or franchisee organisation

- Splitting your organisation by location


Trainees and devices are managed separated by Divisions, if you can't see your trainee or device, try changing roles.


How do I add a division?


  1. From the dashboard, select Admin in the top menu
  2. From the side menu, select Organisation
  3. From here, click the Create Division button and fill out the details of your division. 
  4. Once you submit, your division will be immediately created, with you as the administrator.
